We are collaborating together with an internationally renowned company, whose banking division based in the heart of Munich, specializes in large-scale project funding for real estate and infrastructure. The search is ongoing for an In-House Counsel/Syndikusanwalt Lawyer (m/w/d) specializing in Banking/Corporate Law.
The role encompasses:
- Handling a wide range of banking law issues, providing legal expertise on matters relating to both banking and corporate law.
- Working closely with transaction lawyers and other departments on projects.
- Collaborating and advising on insolvency law matters, such as risk loans.
- Managing Legal disputes.
The role requirements:
- Completion of both 1st and 2nd State Law Examinations.
- Proven experience drafting legal documents under German Law.
- Prior experience working in an international banking setting, focusing on banking/corporate law.
- Fluency in both English and German.
