Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Head of Legal, Leading Investment Bank:
- Management of deals - Fund-raising Equity/Debt, Merger and Acquisition, Joint Ventures and other transactions
- Provide full legal administration and advisory with a focus on corporate and commercial matters
- Provide advisory and research support on regulations and governance
- Negotiation and execution of deals with local and overseas clients
- Draft, review and edit various contracts, legal filings and correspondence
- Conduct relevant research and due diligence when necessary
- Fully support the legal team across all legal operations, functions and administration
- Work with other counter parties, departments, internal and external stakeholders
Requirements of the Head of Legal, Leading Investment Bank:
- At least 10+ years PQE and relevant practice or in-house banking/finance experience
- Strong regulatory knowledge of banking, finance and capital markets
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, internally and externally
- Good team player, Self-motivated and Adaptable
