Responsibilities
- Lead and support the sales team on projects
- Pitch and close deals over the phone or face to face meetings with clients.
- Managing customer relationships to ensure that the on-boarding runs smoothly.
- Monitor and forecast expected sales
- On board and recruit new members of the desk
- Implement sales program and training plans for the sales team
Skills
- A track record in managing sales with FX
- Have experience within the UK market
- Experience working in a bank or broker selling to corporate clients.
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing a team
- Be able to build strong relationships
- Fluent in English
