I am currently working with a prominent Hedge Fund managing over £3 billion in assets. They are seeking a skilled quant to focus on FX futures mid-frequency strategies. This role offers a fast track to a sub-PM position, where you'll eventually have the chance to manage parts of the book.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and deploy quantitative models to capture alpha in FX futures markets.
- Conduct research to discover new trading signals and strategies by analyzing large datasets, employing machine learning, and statistical methods.
- Carry out thorough backtesting and stress-testing to ensure model robustness.
- Work closely with the PM to create and implement alpha-generating signals in the market.
- Regularly review and optimize current strategies, identifying areas for enhancement and risk management.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in quantitative finance, data science, and market conditions to foster growth.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
