You'll be responsible for shaping and ensuring the implementation of our Financial Crime Risk & Control framework and strategy. Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Crime Officer, your primary role will be to enhance the policy framework and oversee key areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, client tax integrity, and risk assessments. You'll also:
- Provide guidance and oversight on financial crime-related matters, including anti-money laundering, ABC, anti-tax evasion, and sanctions
- Conduct risk assessments like SIRA to identify and mitigate financial crime risks, and follow up on any identified gaps
- Support the submission of AML reports and questionnaires for several locations
- Perform financial crime testing and monitoring to ensure effective oversight
- Represent the team in financial crime-related meetings and forums
Skills & Qualifications
Looking for someone with solid expertise in anti-financial crime, especially in areas like ABC, ATE, and risk assessments. A good understanding of Dutch and European financial crime risk management practices and regulatory requirements is ideal.
