Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring compliance with all relevant data protection regulations for safeguarding personal data within the corporate group.
- Handling data protection incidents and serving as the point of contact for inquiries from data subjects.
- Collaborating with our external data protection officer to ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.
- Evaluating and optimizing existing data protection processes.
Optional:
- Providing guidance and counsel to all business areas on data protection matters and offering legal advice on contract design concerning data protection legislation and jurisprudence.
- Assessing compliance with data protection requirements during the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in law, economics, or a related field with a background in data protection.
- Profound expertise in data protection law.
- Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and IT affinity.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, German is a plus but not a necessity.
