About the job: A leading asset management firm is looking to hire a Senior Analyst within the Investment Infrastructure and Technology space working hybrid in Chicago or New York. This role will focus on business analytics, reporting, database management, data governance, using new technologies to create efficiencies, along with other ad-hoc projects. The candidate will serve as a liaison between the Underwriting and Portfolio Management teams, Investor Relations, the Operations and Finance departments, and external business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Use data governance strategies through validation used in internal and external reports
- Assist in the development of standardized, systematic processes, and procedures
- Create optimized workflows to systematically produce data visualizations
- Work with Investor Relations and marketing teams on data requests, projects, portfolio summaries, and diverse projects
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, Alteryx, Power BI, and programming languages
- Background within investments, operations, fixed income
- Familiar with private credit, private equity, and junior capital investments/structures
