We are looking for an experienced and talented crypto quant trader to join our client's team of highly skilled professionals. You will be responsible for generating profits with volatility trading by position taking and market making in various crypto markets. You will also be involved in improving and refining the infrastructure and the desk setup, as well as coming up with new trading strategies for current and new markets.
Responsibilities
ยท Execute trading strategies based on quantitative models and market signals
ยท Manage risk and exposure of your portfolio/desk
ยท Optimise trading performance and efficiency by developing and enhancing trading tools and systems
ยท Research and analyse market data and trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies
ยท Collaborate with other traders, researchers, engineers, and analysts to share insights and best practices
Requirements
ยท Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, finance, etc.)
ยท Wide knowledge of how crypto markets function and familiarity with crypto exchanges, protocols, and platforms
ยท Strong programming skills in Python, R, C++, or other languages
ยท Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
ยท Ability to work under pressure and handle fast paced and dynamic market conditions
ยท Strong communication skills and desire to work in a team environment
