Our Client is an independent provider of Trust and Corporate Services including succession and tax planning, setting up companies, and family offices.
Responsibilities
- Taking charge of all accounting matters managing a portfolio of client companies including handling the company's accounts and collaborating in preparing periodic reports for the company's entities
- Closely collaborating and communicating with client and third party providers including tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as part of setting up funds
- Regularly reviewing financial statements and coordinating audits
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in an accounting function
- University degree/post graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
