The Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:
- Leading on M&A deals, supporting and working collaboratively with the VP of Corporate Development.
- Assisting in both identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and other inorganic strategic growth opportunities.
- Effectively communicating updates on growth initiatives including challenges, opportunities, development, and execution processes to other internal departments and senior leadership.
The Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years experience specializing in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, and M&A.
- Previous experience or knowledge in Building Materials, Building Products, Construction, or related sector.
