Responsibilities:
- Advise business and employees on a variety of legal matters including IP and regulatory matters
- Responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including technology, licensing, marketing and distribution
- Counsel and advise clients on a variety of matters
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience (combination of Big Law and in-House preferred)
- Previous experience in the tech industry a plus
- JD from a top 10 law school a plus
- In good standing with at least 1 state bar
