Responsibilities:
- Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
- Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Build & maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leverage innovative ideas to maximise sales opportunities
- Keep up to date with market trends & leverage them for business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimally 8 years of B2B commercial experience in a customer facing sales role with client account accountability
- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Good leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in English, both written & oral
- Based in Singapore
