Job title: ABL Portfolio Manager

ABL Portfolio Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee an existing portfolio of asset-based loans, confirming compliance with loan agreements and company policies.
- Proactively identify and address portfolio trends, weak points, or deteriorating conditions.
- Prepare and present in-depth Credit Memoranda for renewals, changes in borrowers' credit facilities, or modifications.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of borrowers' financial and collateral reports.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to reporting requirements or loan structures based on client performance.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of borrowers' credit, legal, and financial files.
Qualifications of the ABL Portfolio Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with commercial asset-based lending, credit analysis, or a related field of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
