As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate or Manager to join their Transaction Advisory team.
Job Description: As a Senior Associate/Manager in the Transaction Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial due diligence and advisory services to clients. You will work closely with senior management and clients to analyze financial data, identify key business drivers, and provide strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including analysis of financial statements, quality of earnings, and working capital.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Assist in the development of client relationships and business development initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
