Role Overview: This position involves implementing and supporting third-party software for clearing and enterprise business systems. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, effective communication, and making proactive technical recommendations. Experience in Agile frameworks is essential, with practical experience at the program or team levels. The role includes coaching team members and advising on agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for Agile best practices in software development
- Identify and mitigate risks using Agile methods
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, story grooming, sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives
- Guide teams to self-organize and achieve goals without dictating tasks
- Enhance internal and external communication for better transparency
- Implement and manage monitoring technologies for software, servers, and networks
- Resolve configuration issues
- Assist in debugging application defects
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce time to market while maintaining quality
- Lead technology improvements in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Provide advice on system functionality and fixes for production support
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of Agile and scaling practices for multiple teams
- Experience with planning and project management tools like Jira & Confluence
- 3-5 years in roles focused on technology improvements, road mapping, and product development
- Creative technical expert with business acumen
- Leader in developing customer-focused and innovative solutions
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical personnel
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with project planning tools like MS Project, ServiceNow, or Jira Plans
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Preferred experience with Confluence administration and Jira reporting
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems design
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in roles like Software Developer, Product Owner, Project Manager, Agile Scrum Master, or Agile Coach
- 1-3 years as a business or system analyst
Education and Experience:
- BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Certificates or Licenses:
- Preferred certifications in low-code/COTS implementation
