We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join our clients Financial Restructuring Advisory team in London. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in financial restructuring, exceptional financial modeling expertise, and a strong understanding of the restructuring landscape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile engagements and make a significant impact on our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of financial restructuring engagements, including debt restructuring, distressed M&A, and turnaround strategies.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support restructuring initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables, ensuring high-quality and insightful content.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement restructuring plans and strategies.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to support client engagements and business development efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other advisors.
Qualifications:
