Job Description: Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a talented Turnaround and Restructuring Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in restructuring and turnaround engagements, looking to make a significant impact on distressed companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of restructuring and turnaround engagements, working closely with senior directors and clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing restructuring plans to stabilize and enhance financial performance.
• Participate in bankruptcy proceedings, including preparing documentation and supporting creditor negotiations.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to inform restructuring strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, creditors, and legal advisors, to drive successful outcomes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, with exposure to bankruptcy engagements.
• Strong understanding of financial restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
