We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Underwriter with 3-4 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) underwriting. The ideal candidate will be driven to generate new business opportunities while maintaining a strong understanding of underwriting principles. This would be an on-site opportunity based in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business.
- Evaluate and underwrite commercial P&C insurance applications.
- Analyze risk and determine appropriate coverage and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience minimum in commercial P&C underwriting.
- Proven track record of generating new business.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
