YOUR TASKS:

• You provide coaching and regular feedback and take on leadership responsibility. You are aware that you are a role model for your employees.
• As the client-facing representative and subject matter expert on capital market-related topics, you leverage your insight and experience to analyze and resolve a wide range of issues, while developing best practice standards. Your scope will include a broad range of trading and risk management areas, including financial products and operations, crypto and digital assets, market risk management & quantification, trading book requirements, and commodity risk management.
• Your sharp analytical skills enable you to support our clients from an end-to-end perspective.
• You are the lead of a highly qualified and ambitious team to serve our clients in a best-in-class practice. Hereby you establish a great team spirit and working culture and sharpen the analytical skills of your team in a continuous development pathway.
• You stay informed about current trends and developments and independently prepare offers and develop your business case.

THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER:

• You completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, law or other relevant studies and have more than 4 years of professional experience in Capital Markets or Banking, ideally in Markets, Operations, Treasury or the Risk Controlling Function within a bank, consultancy or auditing firm, or within German regulatory environment.
• You can analyze complex issues very well and have strong communication skills in German and English. You can confidently present your work results to clients.
• You are characterized by your open-minded personality, your thirst for knowledge and you show commitment, curiosity and enjoy your work.
• You prepared to take ownership of topics in an audit or advisory project.
• A solid understanding of financial products including crypto products, trading processes, lifecycle management, key business controls, or regulation such as EMIR, WpHG/MiFID II, and MiCA, is an advantage.
