Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing sell-side M&A transactions across the Business Services space, working closely with senior bankers and clients to provide exceptional service and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of sell-side M&A transactions, including preparing marketing materials, conducting financial analysis, and managing due diligence processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess transaction scenarios and evaluate potential outcomes.
Conduct industry research and analysis to identify market trends, potential buyers, and strategic opportunities for clients.
Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings, showcasing insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with senior bankers to structure and negotiate deal terms, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
2-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions.
