Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a leading privately held alternative investments FinTech company looking to add a Corporate Development & Strategy Vice President to their team in New York City, NY. They have been apart of Forbes top 50 FinTech companies for the past 7 consecutive years, they are in high growth move and looking to be highly acquisitive looking forward. This opportunity would allow you to work directly with the Head of Corporate Development as well as C-Suite executives.

Corporate Development & Strategy Vice President Responsibilities:

  • Lead M&A opportunities and oversee due diligence process.
  • Lead acquisition integration processes.
  • Partner with senior executives to develop and implement organic growth strategies.
  • Oversee four or more direct reports.

Corporate Development & Strategy Vice President Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience within corporate development, investment banking and/or private equity.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or related fields.
